The website hexaproxy.com is published by Hexaproxy, SAS, with a share capital of €1,000, registered under number 984 351 296, whose registered office is located at 10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. The controller of the personal data collected through this site is Hexaproxy, reachable at contact@hexaproxy.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us:

  • via the contact form: your name, business email address and the content of your message;
  • aggregated, anonymised technical browsing data, only if you have consented to it (see §7).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your enquiry: performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Improving the site: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
  • Complying with legal obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention period

Messages received through the contact form are kept for 36 months from the last exchange, then deleted. Audience measurement data is kept in aggregated, anonymous form.

5. Recipients

Your data is processed by Hexaproxy and its technical processors (site hosting, email notification delivery). No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some technical providers may be established outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

7. Cookies and trackers

This site uses no advertising cookies and runs on what is strictly necessary. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site audience (cookies _ga and _ga_*; data processed by Google, which may involve a transfer outside the European Union governed by the European Commission standard contractual clauses). No data is used for advertising. You may decline this tracking with no impact on your browsing, and change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • right of access, rectification and erasure;
  • right to restriction of and objection to processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, access control) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
